Beeping Egg Hunt, March 26 2016

MAPVI, along with the Perkins School for the Blind, is happy to bring you a Beeping Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26th at 10:30am!

We’ll meet at the Lower School building on the Perkins campus in Watertown for snacks, crafts and a spring planting activity then walk over to the new Bradlee Playground for our egg hunt. We will have an indoor alternative in case of bad weather.

This event is free for all families! Please bring Your Own Basket!

We’ll have prizes for the children who find the special glitter eggs and goody bags for all participants! The hunt will also be accessible for children in strollers or wheelchairs. Perkins will also have a photographer present to take pictures during the event. Please be sure to let us know if you would not like your family photographed.

The Perkins School is located at 175 North Beacon Street in Watertown. Please park in the Lower School parking lot.

Exit the Massachusetts Turnpike (traveling east or west) at Exit 17. Follow signs marked “Watertown,” leading to Galen St. Follow Galen Street, crossing bridge to Watertown Square. Bear right (not the hardest right along the river) onto North Beacon St. (Rte. 20). Follow North Beacon St. for about one-half mile to the Perkins campus on the right. Pass the campus entrance and turn right at the light onto Beechwood Ave. Parking lot is on the right.

    You may want to give the MBTA website for those folks that use public transportation. The Trip Planner is very easy to use. Here at MRC we have alot of consumers who are now useing the site.
